Co Production Support Ltd, is a CQC registered home care company that provides care in the comfort of your own home. We provide high quality and flexible home care and support to older people, people with mental health needs, physical health needs, people with dementia needs, and end of life care. We believe in continuity of care, therefore we aim to maintain carers for you.
At Co-production Support Ltd, we believe in working in partnership with service users to reach a collective outcome. Our mission is built on the principle that those who are receiving a service are best placed to help design it. This is reflected in the way we involve people we support right from the beginning at the point of assessing them, involving their families/ advocates and relevant professionals to ensure the care and support we provide is person-centred and holistic. We are flexible, transparent and innovative in how we deliver our care services. At Co-production Support Ltd, we listen to your feedback and undertake relevant training to improve the quality of care available to our service users.

Leading Co-Production Support Ltd are professionals with extensive backgrounds in healthcare, each contributing a wealth of experience to the company.
Co-Production Support Ltd is led by a registered manager with over 10 years of dual professional experience as a Social Worker and Mental Health Nurse. His expertise spans various areas, such as mental health in younger adults, older people, dementia care, physical health needs, learning disabilities, and Autism. Holding roles as an Approved Mental Health Professional and Best Interest Assessor, he specializes in Adults Community Social Work, particularly in the field of Mental Health. Another crucial member is a registered General Nurse with 28 years of experience in diverse settings, including general nursing, elderly care, dementia care, mental health, and learning disabilities. Additionally, she serves as a Manual Handling Trainer. The third director, also a trained General Nurse, currently works as a Health Care Assistant in Adult Mental Health. With extensive hands-on experience in domiciliary care, she has worked with various client groups, including elderly care, end-of-life care, and individuals with challenging

Our team of registered nurses and skilled healthcare professionals provide support to help you maintain, and manage your chosen lifestyle in the community. All staff have up to date DBS checks & are highly trained for their role. All staff stay consistent with their service users & are non-judgmental, compassionate kind & caring at all times.
